Frustrated Ex-Soldier Brought Down To Safety After Threatening Sucide.


The frustrated soldier who climbed a communication mast and threatened to plunge to his last breath near Arakan Baracks has been brought down to safety after an almost 3 hour stand off.

According to those familiar with developments, the former Army personnel was demanding an audience with Zambia Army Commander Lieutenant-General Paul Mihova after his benefits delayed in being credited to him.
Army Officers had a tough time trying to convince their colleague not to end his life but seek other alternative avenues of airing his grievances
